Gamma has launched the website Datvraagik.nl where certified employees of the hardware store answer job-related questions from consumers. With this, the construction company is responding to the trend 'Instant Gratification'; if a consumer is painting a wall and runs into a problem, they don't want to have to search Google, drive to the hardware store or wait for an email about it. He wants an answer immediately, from a professional employee that is.
For Icemedia I contributed to the concept for this campaign, and I worked out the website flow and design. It was a complex whole and all services had to be well coordinated. For example, a chat service had to be built in. There was a line where class questions to employees were waiting to be answered. In addition, I did the art direction for a number of marketing-related videos that could be used on social media to communicate the campaign.
